Real-Time Events provides Financial Processing Services to manage the collection, disposition and dispersal of revenues derived from sponsorships, attendee registration payments and any other event-related revenue source for its clients. We can:

• Maintain client-dedicated bank accounts
  
• Issue and pay invoices
  
• Process and track all payments conveyed via cash, check, all major credit cards and bank wire transfers
• Issue refunds as authorized by the client
  
• Develop customized reports that provide real-time, on-demand views of your event’s financial status
• Regularly transfer funds from the Holding Account to the client, as directed
• Continuous dunning of outstanding invoices until all monies due are received
• Complete post-event accounting of revenue received and disbursed

Reasonable fees are charged for the above services. 

Financial Service Fees can be drastically reduced or eliminated based on what other bundled services Real-Time Events is providing for a client event.
